Project Coordinator – Strengthening Conservation and Sustainable Use of Coastal–Marine Resources,  Guanaja

I began my journey with BICA Guanaja in 2012 as a volunteer, participating in mangrove reforestation activities. Over time, I took on various roles within the organization, from environmental educator to Coordinator of the Environmental Education and Community Development Program, and I currently serve as the Programs Coordinator.

The Bay Islands Conservation Association (BICA) is a private, non-profit, To operate organization that has been divided into three chapters strategically located in each of the Islands, Utila, Roatan, and Guanaja, and more recently in Tampa, FL, an established 501c3 to facilitate donations by interested parties.
